These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Student Intelligence mobile application, our website at https://studentintelligence.ai, and related services (together, the "Services"), provided by Keizerworks LLP ("Student Intelligence," "we," "our," or "us"). By using the Services, or by tapping "I Agree" (or similar), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility, Minors, and Parental Consent

You may use the Services only if you can form a binding contract with us and are at least 13 years old.

Many of our users are minors. If you are under 18 (a "Minor"), you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian ("Parent") who has read and agreed to these Terms, approves your use, and accepts responsibility for it. If you are a Parent allowing a Minor to use the Services, you agree to these Terms on the Minor's behalf and are responsible for the Minor's use.

We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use the Services.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate, complete information to create an account, keep it current, and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must tell us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may sign in using a third-party login such as Google or Apple; we receive only the information needed to authenticate you, not your password for that service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain false information.

3. The Services

Student Intelligence is an AI-powered learning application offering personalized tutoring, quizzes and spaced-repetition review, note-taking, learning analysis, voice interactions, and document scanning. It supplements, and does not replace, formal education, and we do not guarantee specific academic results. We may change, add, or remove features at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful, educational purposes. You must not:

  • submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing, or try to make the AI produce such content;
  • use the Services for academic dishonesty, such as cheating or plagiarism;
  • access other users' accounts or data, disrupt the Services, or reverse engineer them;
  • circumvent security measures or usage limits;
  • scrape or use automated tools to access the Services, or use our content or AI output to train another machine-learning model;
  • infringe others' rights, upload content you have no right to share, or impersonate anyone;
  • resell or redistribute access to the Services without our permission.

5. Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you create in the Services, such as notes and saved materials ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Services. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it for advertising. You are responsible for Your Content and must have the right to share anything you upload.

6. Our Intellectual Property and AI Output

The Services, including their design, features, content, and technology, are owned by Keizerworks LLP and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, educational purposes. All rights not granted are reserved.

The Services generate responses using AI ("Output"). You may use your Output for lawful, educational purposes. Because of how AI works, Output may be inaccurate or incomplete, may be similar to other users' output, and may contain errors. You must check Output before relying on it, especially for exams or official use. Do not present Output as human-created, and do not use it to train other AI models.

Diagnostic and usage data, and any feedback you give us, may be used to operate and improve the Services.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features are free; others require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under that store's terms. We do not receive or store your card details.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Manage or cancel a subscription in your device's App Store or Google Play settings; payment is charged to your store account.
  • Refunds, if any, follow the policy of the store you purchased through.
  • We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.

8. Apple and Google App Stores

These Terms are between you and Keizerworks LLP only, not Apple or Google, and the store you download the app from is not responsible for the app or its content.

If you use the iOS app: Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance. If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for any claim relating to the app, including product-liability, legal, or intellectual-property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

If you use the Android app: these Terms are between you and us, not Google; Google is not responsible for the app; and Google is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a relevant government embargo and are not on any restricted-party list, and you will comply with the app store's usage rules and your wireless carrier's terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your data may be processed as described there, including outside India.

10. Messages and Notifications

We may send you SMS or email for account purposes, such as login codes, verification, and service notices; these are not promotional. If you enable push notifications, you can turn them off in your device settings. Message and data rates may apply.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that AI Output will be accurate or fit for any purpose, or that errors will be corrected. Educational content is for information only and is not professional advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEIZERWORKS LLP IS NOT LIABLE FOR indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, or goodwill; academic or exam outcomes; errors in AI Output; or unauthorized account access caused by your negligence. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keizerworks LLP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms or of any third party's rights, or content you submit.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, act fraudulently or unlawfully, or abuse the Services or other users. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; provisions meant to survive termination remain in effect.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms. For significant changes, we will update the date above and notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute informally, so please contact us. If that fails, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Rohtak, Haryana, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the courts of Rohtak, Haryana, will have jurisdiction over matters not subject to arbitration.

17. General

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Keizerworks LLP regarding the Services. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours.
